The Kut - Bad Dream

I can imagine The Kut's "Brother" taking part in some future Channel 4, Sunday morning programme, such as the one about the dilemmas faced by beautiful people in Chester and the other one about beautiful people on a beach. Its not just easy listening though, the lyrics work over a twangy but bearable guitar. Shuffling drums don't sit too well but this is down to cheap production not the drummer's talent (at least I hope it was cheap!). What makes this sit above the rest is the vocal, which is dark but at the same follows a melody to lull your mind in to thinking: its ok to watch T4.
