The band, who have just completed a sell out residency at the Legion in Old Street and appeared at the Reading and Leeds Festivals during the summer. Fields have released two singles this year, Song From The Fields (March 20th) and 4 From The Village (July 10th). Both of which received great critical applause on there release, The Observer called Song For The Fields 'a contender for song of the summer, all scrumptious harmonies and bittersweet lyrics'. While we here at GIITTV towers, we salivated over the ep track "Brittlesticks": "tight and totally focused... the best example of how to do huge, epic and bittersweet indie since The Arcade Fire. "
