As the government's fire safety website (www.firekills.gov.uk/candles/) sagely notes:

"Candles are actually a growing cause of fire. Every year people are killed and injured because they were careless with one. Learn how to be careful with candles."

Nerina Pallot has clearly not visited this website. Still, to be fair, at no point does it say "lighting a candle on top of your piano whilst playing it in the desert is really not a great idea".
