Love Is All

Bill Cummings 22/02/2007

Energetic Swedish disco-punkers Love is All release their new single "Ageing Had Never Been His Friend" on the March 26th. As a special treat they've sent us over their video and a interview for you to get your eyes around on windows media player.

Love Is All's debut LP 'Nine Times That Same Song' was one of the most talked releases of 2006 - now the Swedish revellers Josephine (vocals, keyboard), Nicholaus (vocals, guitar), Fredrik (saxophone), Markus (drums) and Johan (bass) are back for 2007 with a string of UK dates and a new single.

'Nothing To Be Done' Love Is All's new single is a cover version of a track by influential C86ers The Pastels, the track bears all the hallmarks of classic Love Is All. “We chose the song simply because we've loved it forever,” explains Josephine. “Some people might say we've slaughtered a classic, but It's always hard to make a version of an already perfect pop song!”
