When Under Eather is the first single to be released from Polly's eagerly anticipated eighth studio album, White Chalk. It's the usual Harvey affair, with brooding lyrics, deep vocals and dark sounds. It's not as strong as previous offerings, so it will be interesting to see how the album is recieved.
