The Saturdays - Just Can't Get Enough

I have absolutely nothing against good pop music; I love it, if anything. I'm also fully aware that a credible music site giving a manufactured girl group a bad review is ridiculously predictable, but maybe there's a reason for that. Maybe, just maybe, The Saturdays deserve a pasting. Oh, this cover is for Red Nose Day so yay them and all that but even a good cause can't stop this from being overproduced fake tanned and cheesy grinned tripe.

At one point, the sound of a cheering crowd has been dubbed in to this cover of Depeche Mode's Just Can't Get Enough, presumably to make listeners think they should be really excited about this overly dull song. There's even a Video Mix as a b-side, which has slightly more bass than the Radio Mix but otherwise sounds largely the same - pointless and an utter waste of time and money. You don't have to inflict bad music upon yourselves to give money to charity, y'know...
