Listening to the new single by London based Welsh “punk politicos” W.O.M.B. is a bit like being transported back to the year 2000 when nu-metal ruled the world. “Death Of A Nation” may feature a sledgehammer riff to make Kerrang! readers salivate but aside from this and the sheer volume of the guitars smothered across this polished effort there's little aside to recommend it. Brother/sister rappers JG and Georgia might make more of a racket than M.O.R. pop peddling sister Jem but all three are guilty of churning it out in essence the same bland fare - perhaps not quite what the world is waiting for then.
