Unkle - The Answer

'The Answer' is the latest release from Unkle's fifth regular album 'Where did the night fall' and as stated in the press release'… is a towering anthem and stadium in size' which is an understatement to say the least.

This offering is different to much of Unkle's back catalogue as it feels more of a well rounded and complete song compared to previous songs which had a cut and paste feel to them.
The haunting layered choir vocals pitch in and out throughout the song offering a brilliant flow and journey to the song, whilst the strings provide a middle eastern flavour and the indie inspired bass line rolls on through the song, keeping a
perfect timing to the song.

Art has always featured heavily in Unkle's history and this is no exception the single forms part of an art exhibition at Haunch of Venison's gallery and as if that wasn't enough, it can also be heard on Unkle's own short film trilogy 'Saviours
and Angels'.

This is a perfect uplifting song which is listenable many times over, coupled with the fact it also features on a film and an art exhibition, makes it a great answer as to how music, film and art can work harmoniously.
