You Love Her Coz She is Dead - Sunday Best

Oh first listen, Sunday Best could be mistaken for (another) inappropriate comeback from The Automatic, but do not fret! Also, stop being silly and admit Sunday Best is a bit of a tune. From the looks of recent press and TV support however, You Love Her Coz She's Dead could end up resigned to unbelievable teen drama soundtracks and NME compilations which is really great, or painfully awful depending on which way you look at it.

A mention in M.I.A's celebrity playlist could be their saving grace though and give Sunday Best the appreciation it truly deserves. But it cannot be ignored that fashion, clever press choices and shock value play a large part in the bands popularity. From the bloody artwork to their street Goths appearance, they look and sound like a more accessible, less intimidating Crystal Castles. Maybe You Love Her Coz She's Dead are Crystal Castles with a smile on it making babies with Klaxons?

Either way, I am stuck between embracing the song and slagging it off. I'll let you be the judge of that...

Sunday Best is out NOW.
