Mid-paced acoustic balladry about dreams of an old friend that neither attains a link to the classics or makes a true bid at going somewhere new. Whilst it's lyrically tender and O'Rourke's lived-in voice is likeable enough, the song never truly takes flight.
Not the sort of thing you'd turn off it came on Radio 2, but then why are you listening to Radio 2?
