If you came across a band playing cast off 'Kings Of Leon' riffs in a punkier style would you proclaim them the best thing you'd ever heard; or would you declare them Garage Rock nonsense of the highest order?

Well to me it's just the essence of average-ness. And the B-side's aren't much cop either. 'Overcast' is a dodgy Nick Cave imitation about a man who lives in, “a house cut into a hill”, and 'One Of These Days' is a token acoustic effort featuring the worst use of a rhyming couplet since whatshisface Sneddon, “One of these days, you will rise up/Throw to the floor, your coffee cup.”
