Hi Tim, I was wondering at what percentage I should print the PCB Trace for this if you happen to know off-hand? If not, I suppose I can just print out a few of them until I get appropriate op-amp proportion. Thanks!
Also, you might want to mark the diodes on your layout are 1N4148, right?

Yep I should probably mark the diodes. 1N914 works fine too, or even Germanium diodes for a different flavour.
Sizing is always a pain. Directly adjecent pads are 2.5mm apart...and those poly box caps have a lead pitch of 5mm... so working out the overall board size shouldn't be too tricky. Or, like you say, a bit of trial and error.
